We offer weekly rentals during the summer vacation season. The “season” in Ocean City runs primarily from May 15th to October 1st annually. Our rentals run either Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday. CLICK HERE to contact us
Friday-to-Friday Rentals:
Our Friday rentals are all “timesharing” units, which have been listed for rent by their owners. All Friday rentals include bed linens, towels and a starting supply of paper products. Friday rental units are comfortably but not luxuriously furnished with the same style furnishings, which are routinely upgraded. Units are well maintained, neat and clean when you check in. Check in time on Friday is 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Check out time on Friday is 10:00 AM. Due to high volume turnover during the season, these times are firm!
Saturday-to-Saturday Rentals:
We have limited number of Saturday rentals. These units are all privately owned and a furnished according to the owner’s taste. Sleeping arrangements vary slightly unit to unit but all one-bedroom units accommodate 4-6 persons and three bedroom units accommodate 8-10 persons. Sleeping arrangements are available by contacting our rental office by phone, fax or email. Saturday rentals also include bed linens, towels and a starting supply of paper products. If you desire to bring your own bed linens and towels, we can adjustment the rental rate accordingly. Check in on Saturday is 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Check out time on Saturday is 10:00 AM; again those times are firm.
Rental Rates and Reservations:
Rates vary depending upon the dates you desire to stay with us. The lowest rates are in early May and late September. Rates move up in mid May and top out during the “prime” vacation season, which runs late June through late August. Rates begin to drop again after the 3rd week in August reaching their lowest point again in late September. Prime rates for 2012 will be $1,800.00 for a three bedroom and $900.00 for a one-bedroom.
All rentals are subject to 6% Maryland sales tax and 4.5% county/city room tax.
Seatime has a strict NO PET policy in all of our timesharing and rental units.
We begin taking reservation requests from our valuable “repeat” customers on the first working day of January each year. On January 15th each year we begin taking from our valuable “new” customers. We believe this is a reasonable policy that assists our repeat customers with their vacation planning while allowing ample time for our new customers to make their plans. |
